A GUIDE TO RTT
What is RTT?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is based on the science of neuro-plasticity. When we picture our brain, we often picture a still organ, an organ that sits in our skull and doesn’t move around. If you were to look closer, and analyze the neural pathways, you would discover that our brain changes through growth and life experiences. Ultimately, our neural pathways rewire and change shape in response to two things:
1. the words we say to ourselves
2. the pictures we make in our heads
These two things change the way our brain functions.
RTT is a blend of the most effective elements of Neuro-linguistic programming, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and psychotherapy. Using the best parts of each approach, this process powerfully identifies deep-rooted childhood beliefs that have created a long-lasting impact on the client, and then frees the client from said beliefs.

What Happens during your session?
We identify the issue you are experiencing and discuss relevant factors.

You ease into healing hypnosis, where we analyze key moments from your past that have carved out your current beliefs. We then connect these moments to your presenting issue by discussing how they relate to your current beliefs, feelings, and behaviours.

We create a powerful, subconscious rewiring audio for you to listen to for 21 days following the session. The mind learns through repetition, so listening to this audio allows you to remove outdated beliefs and install powerful ones.
